Modernization of web infrastructure and digital governance

THE CHALLENGE

Modernizing the web ecosystem of the Ministry of Health of Argentina by integrating dozens of programs and institutional websites with diverse design, administration, and publishing practices. The goal was to consolidate a scalable digital infrastructure that would improve the consistency of the institutional identity, simplify content management, and enhance the experience of the teams responsible for digital communication.

THE SOLUTION

Design and implementation of a WordPress Multisite-based architecture to centralize the administration of multiple institutional sites, with the development of more than thirty reusable thematic environments, definition of user profiles and editorial workflows, training of technical and functional teams, and incorporation of project management tools to coordinate collaborative work between the different areas of the Ministry.

THE IMPACT

Consolidation of a unified digital infrastructure for dozens of national programs, reduction of inconsistencies between institutional sites, optimization of publication and maintenance processes, strengthening of the capabilities of communication teams and generation of a technological base that subsequently facilitated the migration of the ecosystem to the official portal Argentina.gob.ar.

UNFPA – United Nations Population Fund

Development of a virtual campus for training programs

THE CHALLENGE

Implement a virtual training platform that would allow the management of self-administered courses, facilitate access to specialized content, and provide tools for monitoring learning paths.

THE SOLUTION

Development of a virtual campus on WordPress with LMS technology, configuration of courses, resources and user profiles, training of the teams responsible for the administration of digital content and support in the implementation of the platform.

THE IMPACT

UNFPA incorporated an online training solution that optimized the management of its training programs, strengthened the autonomy of teams to manage courses, and improved the tracking of participants’ progress.

Comodoro Rivadavia International Book Fair

Comprehensive management of programming and digital communication

THE CHALLENGE

Plan and manage the programming of the Comodoro Rivadavia International Book Fair, coordinating more than 500 activities distributed across multiple venues, avoiding overlapping schedules and optimizing the use of spaces throughout the event.

THE SOLUTION

Design of a system for organizing and analyzing programming, standardizing databases, detecting scheduling conflicts, optimizing timelines, and generating reports for production.

Development and adaptation of digital communication materials to support the event’s promotion.

THE IMPACT

Consolidated and validated programming for all venues, reduction of operational conflicts, better use of available infrastructure and availability of reliable information for the planning, production and communication of one of the most important cultural events in Patagonia.

Secretariat of Culture of Comodoro Rivadavia

Digital transformation and governance of institutional channels

THE CHALLENGE

Modernize the digital ecosystem of the Ministry of Culture by improving its web platforms, standardizing communication channels, and incorporating management methodologies that strengthen content production, user experience, and information governance.

THE SOLUTION

Administration and evolution of the institutional web platform, UX/UI redesign, implementation of accessibility criteria, integration with digital channels, development of interactive experiences, systematization of content, graphic design for events and campaigns, training of teams in ICT tools and incorporation of governance methodologies and artificial intelligence to optimize communication and management processes.

Consolidation of a more accessible and user-oriented digital platform, improvement of content publishing and management processes, strengthening of institutional communication, adoption of good digital governance practices and development of internal capacities for the incorporation of artificial intelligence in work processes.

National Petroleum Museum – UNPSJB

Strengthening institutional communication

THE CHALLENGE

Strengthen the institutional communication capacities of the areas responsible for the preservation of the heritage of the UNPSJB, promoting an integrated narrative, the strategic use of digital tools and the articulation between teams with diverse functions and audiences.

THE SOLUTION

Design and implementation of the «Communication, Design, and Social Media» module within the institutional training program. Development of content on digital communication, institutional identity, social media content production, visual design, and the use of digital tools to improve interaction with the community and strengthen communication processes between strategic areas of the University.

THE IMPACT

Training of teams belonging to the National Petroleum Museum, the Central Library, the Central Archive and the Secretariat of Science and Technology, promoting a shared vision of institutional communication, strengthening digital skills and incorporating tools for integrated heritage management and knowledge dissemination.

PICA Design

Specialized training in typography and visual communication

THE CHALLENGE

To create a training space for designers and students that would allow them to understand typography as a communication system, going beyond its merely aesthetic use and strengthening the criteria for decision-making in design projects.

THE SOLUTION

Design and delivery of an intensive workshop on typographic fundamentals, letter anatomy, classification of families, composition systems and visual experimentation, combining theoretical content with collaborative exercises oriented towards practical application.

THE IMPACT

Strengthening the typographic skills of the local design community, promoting critical thinking about visual communication, and creating a space for exchange and experimentation between professionals and students.

Cultural Training Program for cultural managers and workers

El Rincón Cultural Popular Library – UNPSJB Extension

THE CHALLENGE

To strengthen the management and communication capacities of workers, managers and cultural organizations in Comodoro Rivadavia, promoting tools that will improve project design, community engagement and the strategic use of digital technologies.

THE SOLUTION

Co-design and teaching of the module “Communication for cultural projects and interventions in the territories”, addressing communication planning, strategies for public relations, visual identity, social networks, press management, media planning, digital technologies, open government and collaborative work methodologies applied to cultural management.

THE IMPACT

Strengthening the communication and digital transformation skills of cultural managers, incorporating tools for strategic project planning and promoting collaborative practices to enhance cultural development in the territory.
